Tortagah Lore

Land of Fallen, place of the dammed, Hell. Names given to this city by outsider who have never visited. Unknown by outsiders this is a  city that was created for one specific reason as a defence for the dark Magical Lay-Line (MLL). As a deterrence for unwanted guess, the borders of the is a kilometer wide graveyard that few have dared to enter and even fewer were lucky enough to make it out alive. At the center of their city is the MLL or the gate to hell as they know it. Tortagah is one of the cities that is self sustained limiting their interaction with those outside their borders. However, it is said that if an Angel should make it into the city and bask in the Dark MLL they will gain the title of Fallen-Angel. The same goes the for a Fallen who have travelled to Navean and bask in the Light MLL they shall be given the title Redeemed-Fallen.
