The nomadic city of the Werewolves, that pops up here and there around Shiki. Lasting no more than a couple decades before moving again. As they are a race of hunters, they have use this practice to prevent over hunting in an area. Only a few brave adventures that are not of Werewolf decent has ever been to one of the settlements while it is active. Carvendal known as the roaming balance, has kept the Continent of Shiki eco-balance for centuries. However with the Rise and fall of these cities, a few werewolves choose to stay behind and make each spot their home. These were hailed as the Dal tribes, each unique in its own way adapting to their environment and never surpassing the 25 werewolves per tribe.
